DAY 1

Your adventure begins by boarding your international flight to New Orleans. Collect your hire car from the depot at the airport and make your way to your hotel where you are free to relax after your journey.

Your guide will take you o a tailored walking tour of the French Quarter and the Garden District.

In the afternoon take a tour of The National WWII Museum, where you will get an American soldiers eye-view of the war.

DAY 3

Enjoy the morning exploring New Orleans at your leisure. This afternoon you will join a hands-on cookery course to learn Creole and Cajun dishes such as Gumbo and Jambalaya

Explore the Natchez Trace Parkway by bicycle. The trace offers scenic beauty with over 444 miles of biking trail from Natchez to Nashville.  If you would prefer to try one of the hiking trails and experience what it was really like for the pioneers.

Your drive today brings you to the town of Vicksburg, home to some of the most prominent battles of the Civil war.

Next, explore the USS Drum the oldest American Submarine on display to the public. Sinking several Japanese warships and providing reconnaissance at Iwo Jima and Okinawa

DAY 11
Return to New Orleans where you will drop your hire car at the airport before you board your return flight home.

Arrive in the UK.
